On Valentine’s Day (as well as the weekend before), guests can wander the beautiful Ventura Harbor Village in search of messages of love & sea-inspired images on whimsical painted rocks. Find one & follow the instructions on the back to be entered to win a $25 gift certificate to a Ventura Harbor Village business that you LOVE!
