The Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival (VASPF) returns to the Ventura Harbor Village on Sept. 10th & 11th, 2022!

SCHEDULE UPDATE [10:30am]:

Due to the ever-changing forecast, Saturday festivities will begin at NOON! Festival will be open on Sept. 10th from 12 to 5pm if weather permits.

Festival hours will resume to the full day schedule on Sunday, Sept. 11th from 10am to 5pm. Check back here for any updates. 

Join us for an amazing weekend of chalk art, street painting, creative vendors, live entertainment and the beauty of the Ventura County coast. Admission & parking are complimentary.

Vendors will showcase their work between Andria’s Seafood and Brophy Bros. Offerings include paintings, pottery, photography, metal work, jewelry, and more. Additionally, the sidewalks along the water will be the canvas for street artists who will be creating colorful chalk pastel murals.

Children can join in and create their own art in the Children’s Chalk Area run by The Boys and Girls Club of Ventura County. For $10 kids get a small box of chalk and a sidewalk square where they can create their own colorful work of art.

The festival is a fundraiser for local charities hosted by Ventura County Art Events, Inc. To date, the organization has donated $60,000 to FoodShare of Ventura County. For more event information, visit venturaartfestival.com

While you are in the Harbor for the event, be sure to take an artisan stroll through Ventura Harbor Village’s galleries, makers, and art spaces. Ventura Pottery Gallery is hosting a Marvelous Mug Marketplace (CLICK HERE for info).

Sunday festivities will feature a talented local female musician & her bandmates on the waterfront Promenade stage:

• Lynnzee Fraye on Sunday, September 11 from Noon – 3PM

Enjoy waterfront dining and additional live entertainment both Saturday and Sunday at Village restaurants.

Complimentary parking is available at the Harbor Village, Spinnaker Drive, Ventura Harbor beach parking lots, and the Safe Harbor/Ventura Isle Dolphin parking lot area (just before the Ventura Harbor Village on Spinnaker Drive)
