Local muralist, Andrew Rodriguez (aka @Fischerrman) will be onsite to create a beautiful new “Seaside State of Mind” themed mural in Ventura Harbor Village on Wednesday, July 19th & Thursday, July 20th. He’ll be around most of the day, but guest are guaranteed to see the large scale masterpiece in progress and meet the artist from noon to 3pm near the hydration station at building 1575.
