Harbor Village Gallery & gifts is offering a “Sailors’ Tea” to both the sailors of the historical Tall Ships and the general public. Come and talk to the sailors about their adventures. The gallery will also be collecting miscellaneous toiletries as gifts for the 30 sailors on the ships, whose home port is Gray’s Harbor, Washington. The gallery’s resident history buff, Dave Hodge, will be dressed in period costume for the tea.

Hear ye!  Hear ye!  Hear ye!

Avast ye mates, pollywogs, shellbacks, and scallywags, let it be known, that the good ships Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftain have finally arrived, in port, after a long journey, and are tied up near by. The ships are here after a successful voyage so that their crews can  rest up, take on provisions, and do ship’s repairs.

While ye are here at the harbor, The Harbor Village Gallery & Gifts, wishes to extend an invitation to the captains, and ship‘s companies, for an afternoon tea and social at our gallery, at ye’s convenience.  It will be our pleasure to have thy presence for casual relaxation in our humble establishment.  We will be inviting other local mercantiles and eateries to also meet ye.
