Canine Adoption & Rescue League (C.A.R.L) is back with another Pooch Parade fundraising dog walk and petexpo on Ventura Harbor’s main lawn on Sunday, August 20th, 2023. Pooches up for adoption show off on a walk down the promenade, then do stunts and make friends while looking for their own Forever Home.
