Chalk artist Randall Williams creates a seaside holiday scene to capture & perfect to share on social with family and friends. Randall’s artwork has been featured year after year at the Ventura Art & Street Painting Festival in the Ventura Harbor Village and was featured last year in the Harbor during the holiday season by creating a wonderful painting of a surfing Santa.
