Available from 4pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the menu features Seared Sesame Encrusted Tuna Filet, Ahi Poke Bowl, Garlic Shrimp, Hawaiian Ceviche, and more. Don’t miss the famous Chieftain’s Luau, a full order of Cod, Mahi Mahi, Calamari, and Shrimp with sides. Pair your meal with tropical libations and local beer selections that will transport you to paradise. You’ll wonder why you ever considered booking tickets to Hawaii!

If you’re an early riser, don’t miss the killer breakfast from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. Enjoy Tonga Roa Toast or a massive Seafood Burrito while watching the sun rise over the mountains. Sip on refreshing beverages like Mimosas, Bloody Marys, or try a Great White Mocha, and groove to the tunes of everyone’s favorite Ukulele Jam Session with Gary Ballen & The Kool Hand Ukes every Saturday at 10 am. Alternatively, embrace the relaxed vibes of our Yacht Rock Sundays.
